Correct fine lines / wrinkles, scarring, pore size and pigmentation with our most advanced skin needling treatment. Our six step microneedling treatments will leave your skin with the best results. Microneedling is best for clients who are wanting to reduce fine lines / wrinkles, pigmentation, reduce pore size, loose skin and acne scarring. It works by triggering the body’s natural healing response through collagen induction and cell regeneration. There is a 4 week interval between each needling session to allow the body’s natural healing process to take place. We do recommend 3-6 sessions for the best results, you may see results straight away, however the best results are noticed after several months. Any cosmetic injecting should be done 2 weeks prior to skin needling so that there is no interference. A numbing cream can be applied if you wish to, micro needling can be uncomfortable for some clients. We include an after care kit for you to take home, this is a customised cream suited to your skin care goals and a hydrating face mask. Within the first 24 hours – use the cream as needed when the skin becomes irritable and the face mask. Avoid touching your face to reduce the risk of infection. After 24 hours – avoid excessive exercise and direct sunlight, this is minimise the risk of infection After 3-4 days – you may resume back to your normal skin care routine, however we do recommend to wait to use retinol at least 1 week after micro needling. Cupping therapy involves the application of suctions cups to specific areas of the body, even though this is an ancient technique it has gained popularity as a holistic therapy in recent years. This technique has several benefits: The most common use for this technique is back / neck pain, sports injuries and tight muscles. If you aren’t keen on acupuncture, try cupping, it has similar benefits but without the needles! Please note that cupping therapy typically can leave temporary bruise like marks on the skin, this can range from a pink to a dark red / purple circular marks. The marks typically fade within a few days, however if you have sensitive skin they may last longer. Also, if you have an event on that you don’t want cupping marks to be shown please let us know and we will avoid that area. If you are unable to make it into the clinic, I am able to visit your home.
